Armed with songwriting skills gained at the Brighton Institute of Modern Music, Tim Peters van Ton returned to the Netherlands to regroup with friend, and bass player Fedde Döbken. After recording a couple of demos the two decided to reinforce their union with two more musicians. Lesley Baker and David Wolgen joined the band adding melody and rhythm, and after a feisty discussion the band was named Animal Antics.
Mixing influences of pop, rock, and funk, while having bandfights, and nightly escapades, songs are written. At the moment, an album is being produced, at the wonders of Studio Het Atelier, which is expected to be released this fall.
